I'm ready to join the team. What's my next step?

Once you decide to join our team,  click below to fill out the form and we will get the process started.  Our on-boarding associate will contact you within a couple of hours to complete your application and transfer documents. 

What type of license is required?

You will need to have a salesperson or broker's license in order to join the team. If you are currently in school and need a sponsoring broker form please note that in your message.

How long is an on-boarding process?

Depending on how soon your current/former broker releases your license from their firm. Once the license is released from your former brokerage, our team will pick it up, in most cases, online within a few hours. Typically, you will be up and running within 2 business days after you sign the affiliation agreement (Independent Contractor Agreement).

What fees am I responsible for upon joining?

We do not charge you any affiliation, set up, desk, office, franchise, or monthly fees. However, upon affiliation, you will be solely responsible for payment of fees such as BOR fees, licensing fees and license renewal fees, your portion of MLS fees, and any professional association or membership fees. 

When and how do I get paid?

Once you have turned in all required documentation pertaining to the transaction prior to closing you have a choice to get paid directly at closing. However, if any corrections are required or missing items are pending you will be compensated once all documents have been received by our broker.
